Design and Engineering
We can design any number of configurations to suit your budget and project needs. We'll take all the needed measurements for your system and our engineering staff designs everything from start to finish. Once drawings are approved, steel is ordered and the fabrication process begins. All steel is cleaned to remove any contaminates that could affect the welding process.

Fabrication by Certified Welders
All parts are fabricated in our manufacturing facility by certified welders with the skills and many years of fabrication and welding experience. Every dimension is double checked to ensure a proper fit. Everything fabricated in our shop is done to standards set fourth by AWS D1.1(American Welders Society) and CMAA (Crane Manufacturing Association of America).

Delivery, Installation and Testing
Once the fabrication process is complete, our Journeymen Electricians step in and install all the electrical components and test run each unit. After the testing process we move the unit to the paint area and everything is primed and painted with equipment enamel, loaded onto our trucks and delivered to our customers all over the Northwest and beyond.
