1. |
All steel will require
mill certifications |
| |
2. |
Certified Welders as
outlined by the American Welding Society will perform welding. |
| |
3. |
All welds will be stamped
by person performing weld and by Quality Control Inspector upon approved
inspection. |

4. |
All holes will be drilled
with roto-broach type drill or punched in Ironworker. No burned holes
are allowed. |

5. |
Layout will be approved
for drilling by Quality Control Inspector before holes are drilled
or punched before beams are cut and brackets are welded, etc |

6. |
All electrical work
will completed in-house by personnel under the direct supervision
of a Journeyman Electrician. Only Journeyman Electrician will perform
all wiring completed outside of the shop. |

7. |
Upon completion of
crane and final paint, a performance test will be completed and documented
on Quality Control Checklist. |
| |
8. |
The crane will be painted
to customer’s specifications with Quality Control Personnel
documenting its completion. |
